"Liz was an absolute pleasure to work with and within minutes - literally - it felt way beyond a working relationship and tipped the scale into an honest partner – and ultimately a new friend.She was able to walk into our home and immediately give us constructive and actionable feedback to get the most out of our investment – with recommended resources that we utilized right away. We received offers that she helped to vet with pros and cons for each – and helped us sell our home to a fantastic couple who we now consider friends as well. Liz definitely helped lessen the stress of selling a home during a changing landscape – and was always that cheerleader you needed when doubts started to creep in.When we decided to sell our rental, she was the ONLY person to come to mind when we needed the help. While this property was SO MUCH MORE CHALLENGING to sell, Liz never backed down and after the much-needed love and attention, she staged the entire thing beautifully and offers starting to come in on a property I never thought we’d be able to turn a profit on. We sold this house for the asking price and again – our cheerleader was there every step of the way. To say she was a miracle-worker in getting this done may sound like hyperbole – but it’s the only phrase I can think of to use. "We met with Liz last spring (2021), to discuss selling our home. We immediately hit it off! We explained to her we were looking to sell in the summer and that we wanted someone that was familiar with our neighborhood. She was very patient with us (me). She was never pushy and as soon as the market started to turn she jumped in feet first letting us know what would affect our timeline. Her resources are spot on and so were all of her recommendations. Soon after selling our main home, we decided to sell our rental home and told Liz we wanted her along for the ride. This project was WAY bigger then any of us ever thought it would be, but I do not know what we would have done without her. She was on point giving us all the references we needed from general contractors, to service repair contractors and even staging the property when we were ready to list. If you're looking for a hands on realtor, who treats each and every one of her clients as a part of her family, Liz Parrott is definitely the lady you want! "Mrs. Parrot was always willing to answer any questions that we had and trust me we had a lot. She was very informed and honest about what the market was doing and what home buyers usually look for. This in turn helped us decide on the improvements (the contractor she works with is amazing) that needed to be made in order to help us sell. Our home had numerous offers and was sold for over asking price! We couldn't be happier with Mrs. Parrot and will definitely be recommending her to others."

"Liz was amazing! I have bought and sold many homes and Liz was by far one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond in every aspect. I was selling my rental unit while living in another state which can be extremely challenging, especially when issues arise. She made it so easy by doing everything I couldn't do, from helping me select a contractor to meeting anyone who needed to get into the unit. It's great working with someone who truly loves their job. I can't recommend her enough."

"Working with Liz was a dream! I actually miss seeing her on a regular basis, she made the whole experience fun! She worked diligently to find the perfect home for us. We weren’t sure what we wanted exactly, but she remained patient as we explored many different options. We ended up with our dream home with the perfect set up for my fiancé and I, and my mom, who is staying in the attached in-law suite! I didn’t think it would be realistic to find a nice home with an in-law suite, but Liz did it! She was hard working, reliable, patient and kind throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!"

"Liz is a phenomenal agent. We had very specific requirements for what we wanted in a house and Liz came through. She was quick to show us houses, listened to our likes and dislikes and used that info to help us find our new home. Even more important to me was her attitude. Even with the market moving as quickly as it was Liz never pressured us to make a decision faster or go higher then we were comfortable with. She was endlessly patient with us and I can not recommend her highly enough!"
